By creating an account or using Been, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Been is a social travel recommendation app that lets you save places you've visited, share recommendations with friends, and discover new places through people you follow.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Been.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post (place tags, ratings, photos).
• By posting content, you grant Been a license to display it to other users of the service.
• You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Use automated means to access the service (bots, scrapers).
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Upload malicious content or spam.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data including place tags, follows, and reactions.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Been available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Been is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Been after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
